Introducing LJ Hooker Port Pirie

The LJ Hooker Port Pirie office is located in a prominent position in the main street of Port Pirie with a high volume of passing traffic. Owners Phil and Michele Lavis have lived in the city for their entire life and have a complete understanding of the needs of the Pt Pirie community. They have built an enviable reputation from local residents by following a high code of ethics and keeping a professional approach within the real estate market.

Pt. Pirie is situated in an ideal position with the beautiful Flinders Ranges at our doorstep and next to the Spencer Gulf, ideal for water sports and great for fishing. The city has much to offer, including most sporting activities, licensed restaurants, being a great shopping destination, an art gallery, a miniature railway, the national trust museum, parks and gardens, the largest lead smelter in the Southern Hemisphere and the great Northern Festival Centre. Many of our staff participate and support local sports clubs and associations in the city.

Phil is the Principal and is also an Area Sales Specialist, joined by his two sons Kane and Brodie who make up the Sales team. Phil's wife Michele is the Administration Manager and she and Natalie McMahon, Business Systems Operator, work with the offices Property Investment Manager Sally Lee. All together they make an excellent team and strive to provide the best possible customer service.
